MBT Sport 2 walking shoe is a product of years of research by a Swiss engineer – Karl Müller. He noticed in one of his trips to Korea that walking on their uneven grounds makes his back ache. He then devised a plan to make shoes that will match our uneven grounds and basically cushion the pressure our bones receive from the ground every time we make a step.

The insoles of the MBT Sport walking shoe has three distinct layers: masai sensor, PU midsole with pivot, and the shank. The combination of those three layers causes a slightly destabilizing motion when you walk; similar to walking barefoot on the sand. So basically, if you walk in an MBT Sport walking shoe you are like walking on a soft ground. That means less back pain for you and more walking hours (of course, the more comfortable walking becomes, the more time you would likely spend doing it). Also, the textile lining keeps the shoes breathable so you feel comfortable and cool while walking. It also comes with a removable antibacterial perforated insole that you can wash from time to time to keep your shoes feeling and smelling fresh all the time.

If you are worried that it may look bulky on your tiny fit, stop because it does not! The MBT Sport walking shoe maintained a very feminine exterior while keeping it tough inside. It also comes in three different basic and solid colors you can choose from – black, grey, and white.
